- Reshape whilst damp.
- Hang dry when possible.

Your sizing information is inaccurate. I first ordered a large based on the chest size you showed. It was much MUCH too large and too long. I returned it. Ordered a medium. It was also too baggy, too long in both the length and the sleeve. I am returning this tomorrow.
