I have a similar Passenger shirt I've worn frequently so decided to invest in another. It's pretty thick fabric so ideal for layering over a tee shirt with short or long sleeves. I'm a 10/12 and a medium is the right size for me to get something underneath it but not so big I can't get a coat over it in the winter. I'm sure I'll get lots of wear out of it so it will be good value for the price.
