- This textured slub fabric is made from our recycled and organic cotton blend, designed to be durable whilst leaving the smallest footprint. Have worn this skirt a grand total of 3 times and the shirring elastic has already broken leaving holes. It was not too small a size on me/overstretched so I see no reason for the defect other than a poor quality product. Not what I'd expect from an item originally selling for £50!
